　　1.采用皮带前缘吸风走纸方式，准确可靠。
　　2.采用高档的电磁离合器及电磁刹车系统，使供纸部可单独控制，操作简单可靠。
　　3.压纸轮可调，适合纸板厚度为2—12mm。
　　4.供纸部的前挡板和走纸皮带左右可调。

　　1.主电机采用变频调速，系统无噪音，调速灵活、稳定。
　　2.采用进口高磨擦力皮带输送纸板，自动折迭。
　　C、计数堆积部
　　采用数字控制，操作简单，动作可靠，可不停机输入数据，自动计数，准确输出。
　　具有纠偏功能，偏差可调。

　　二：操作说明
　　首先把操作盘上的电源打开，确信电子显示屏运行正常后，摁启动开关，绿灯亮。然后把调速旋钮顺时针方向慢慢旋转，确认主电机运转与否，同时打开计数堆积开关，确认运转，然后打开供纸开关，，确认供纸皮带运转与否。确认整机运转良好后关闭上述开关，打开气阀，并按下面的顺序操作。

　　纸板定位
　　1.先把要钉的纸板折好，把钉接部位对准中心放在供纸皮带上，展后转开纸板，把右侧板贴在纸板右侧，同样也把左侧板靠过来。
　　2.利用左右移动开关，把左右压痕轮移动到纸板的左右压线槽中心。
　　3.移动供纸皮带放在适当位置，均匀分配皮带。
　　4.把左右两个前挡板移动到左右两侧适当的皮带上方，注意，不要放在压线槽当中，以防走偏。
　　5.前挡板与纸板的间隙一般**纸板厚度的三分之一。
　　6.调整供纸支架，角度一般不用改变，调整前后距离，让纸板挂在斜板的下端，使皮带与纸板的角度尽量较小。

　　5. The gap between the front baffle and the board is generally one third of the thickness of the board.
　　6. Adjust the feeding bracket, the Angle generally does not need to change, adjust the distance before and after, so that the board is hung at the bottom of the inclined board, so that the Angle between the belt and the board is as small as possible.
　　1.操作注意事项
　　1）调节左右宽幅时特别注意内侧和外侧的极限位置，快到较**，利用点动并且注视所处的位置，到较**关闭开关，以免烧坏齿轮减速电机。
　　2）机器上的所有皮带都不许调的过紧，这样会使皮带连接部位脱开，或使用寿命减短。供纸皮带需要特别保护。
