进口食品标签预审核资料要求：

1、彩色原标签样张（另附电子版）

2、原标签样张翻译件（另附电子版）

3、中文标签样张（1:1比例）

4、中英文对照配比表（另附电子版）

5、委托方营业执照复印件（需盖章）

6、获奖、奖证及法定产区有关证明复印件及翻译件（需盖章）

7、原产地证复印件或产品在生产国（地区）允许生产、销售的证明文件复印件（需盖章）

二、进口食品商检所需资料：（有表格样板，填写即可）

进口食品货物清单、进口食品适用标准说明、进口食品包装情况说明、进口食品*承诺书

三、进口食品报关所需资料

国外供应商：原产地证、卫生证、生产日期证明、提单、贸易合同、装箱单、商业发票等。

Shipper: C/O ,Sanitary certificate,certificate of production date ，bill of lading, contract,packing list,invoice

国内进口商：食品流通许可证、营业执照、换单委托书、报检委托书、报关委托书等

Consignee/importer：Food circulation permit, business license, in a single power of attorney, inspection declaration a power of attorney, customs a power of attorney

提前做好标签备案与收发货人备案。预计15-20天。Chiese label for the record and consigness for the record, suggest  through  them  before  the goods ship to china ,about15-20 days

货物到港清关时间，5-7天。  Customs clearance time  about 5-7days

货物送到监管仓之后等待检验结果与办理卫生证书，预计25天左右。Goods send to the inspetion  of specified warehouse ,waiting for analysis report and get sanitary certificate,about 25 days

货物税金=货物完税价格（采购价+海运费+海运保险）*综合税率

Tax of goods=CIF*Comprehensive tax

D坏污染箱、滞报金/场地费等意外费用均实报实销。

◆：进口物流小提示：  logistic tips

    手续注意：因单证不准确、单证不齐备、单货不一致的原因，将会造成删单、改单、查货扣货、进口滞留等问题

    物流注意：货主需要重视货品包装、港口选择、这样会节省物流费用和后续的货品保管费用

    税金注意：货主需要加快上缴税金或保证金的速度，这个环节保证整个流程的通畅，不产生滞留费
