二次配电网络是由配电变压器次级引出线到用户入户线之间的线路、元件所组成的系统，又称低压配电网络。接线方式除放射式和环式外，城市的重要用户可用双回线接线。用电负荷密度高的市区则采用网格式接线。这种网络由多条一次配电干线供电，通过配电变压器降压后，经低压熔断器与二次配电网相连。由于二次系统中相邻的配电变电器初级接到不同的一次配电干线，可避免因一次配电线故障而导致市中心区停电。

配电箱箱体冷弯成型设备工艺流程：
上料(将带钢放置在开卷机上) —板料校平送料（此处是校平送料机，带动力）—伺服送料液压冲孔（有伺服系统控制尺寸精度，实现打孔、切角功能）—冷弯成型（主机部分，实现翻边折弯）—成型后折弯（折成框体）—液压自动切断—卸料。
设备结构部分说明：
