Introduction - RWS Implementation Manual
This manual will be updated regularly to address areas of uncertainty or to give furtherdetail in the application of the standard. It is up to all users of the standard to regularlycheck for the most current version of the manual found at responsiblewool.org. Themanual will not change or alter any criteria of the standard, but rather is intended tosupport correct and consistent application of the standard.
The RWS Implementation Manual provides interpretations and clarifications for theResponsible Wool Standard (RWS). All guidance given in the manual shall be consideredbinding to Certification Bodies (CB) working with, and Organizations certified to, theResponsible Wool Standard. For interpretations and clarifications regarding the ContentClaim Standard please refer to the CCS Implementation Manual.
CBs are to use the guidance and assessment requirements found in the current version ofthe RWS Implementation Manual for their clients at the time of their Certification.
Whenever there is an update to the manual, TE will inform all CBs and Organizations willbe assessed against the new version of the manual during their next annual Certification.
If it is a significant change, TE will communicate to CBs that they shall communicate to allCertified Organizations that changes should be made as soon as possible, but will notrequire compliance with the newly added requirements until their next annualcertification.

近日，快时尚品牌H&M屡屡向大自然表忠心。8月底，它才宣布要每年拿出100万欧元来开发旧衣循环改造技术，没过几天，它又和国际人道对待动物协会HSI展开了合作，这样就开辟了新的合作标准（Responsible Wool Standard）RWS责任羊毛认证标准。 RWS认证要求 在细则中，H&M对衣服中常见的羊毛制品也有了更严格的要求。它专门制定了一个”负责羊毛标准”（RWS），保证从2015年开始，H&M只用专业机构的认证羊毛，从前禁止取用活羊的带毛嫩腰部位的立法标准还将继续完善。 Extile Exchange透露，已有15家品牌商和供应商承诺他们会遵循「责任羊毛标准（Responsible Wool Standard, RWS）」。
RWS该标准旨在为产业提供的工具，用以验证**牧农能做到的实践，确保羊毛来自符合人道对待的羊，以及来自以渐进方式管理他们土地的农场，并建立农民、消费者和品牌之间的沟通和理解。
RWS供应链品牌 该标准还提供从农场到终产品的健全监管系统链，以确保消费者对RWS产品的信心。 Textile Exchange表示，目前已有15个品牌做出承诺，包括H&M、Marks & Spencer、William-Sonoma、Patagonia、Eddie Bauer、REI、Eileen Fisher、Tchibo、Varner、Vaude、Coyuchi、Mountain Equipment Co-op、Deckers、Kathmandu、Knowledge Cotton Apparel。 此外，其他包括LL Bean、Arcteryx、Indigenous Designs、Nau、Point6和prAna在内的10家公司也已表示支持该标准，并正在努力加入实施。
同时，羊毛供应商如Rambler’s Way、Imperial Stock Ranch、New Merino Australia、Oviz 21、Chargeurs、ABMT Textiles、Lanas Trinidad和Lemprière已经提出他们对RWS的承诺，而其他一些羊毛供应商也参加了建立RWS供应链的**培训活动。

RWS认证（责任羊毛标准）是在哪一年开始实施的？
责任羊毛标准，英文全称“Responsible Wool Standard ”，简称：“RWS”。**羊毛产自无化学品和无生物的农场。这些羊群自由放养，完全在自然界中生长。**羊毛近成为一个让羊毛工业兴奋的新话题，近几个月市场对**羊毛的兴趣大增，其实也就是**羊毛的意思。
