工艺组成：
1、拌粉机：将玉米粉或者玉米渣加入营养添加剂和比例的水混合均匀。
2、上料机：将拌好的原料输送到膨化机的喂料斗。
3、膨化机：喂料斗里的原料进入挤压系统内，生产出小球状颗粒。
4、震动筛：使颗粒分散开，避免进入压片机后重叠压在一起。
5、风送机：将颗粒输送到压片机内。
6、压片机：将小球状颗粒压成薄片，即为玉米片。
7、风送机：将玉米片输送到烤箱内。
8、多层烤箱：烤箱多为电烤箱，温度在0-200度之间通过控制柜自行调节，内部为不锈钢双层网袋，烘烤时间可以根据速度调节，除去水分。
9、包装机：将烘烤完的颗粒输送到粉碎机组。
Process composition:

9. Packaging machine: transport the baked particles to the crushing unit.

玉米片生产线工艺描述：

2） 挤压熟化成型：玉米片的挤压熟化成型工艺是生产出高质量玉米片的关键。
3） 切割：将双螺杆挤压机挤压熟化后的物料切割成大小一致的粒状物料，物料呈半透明状。
4） 预干燥：切割成型的物料进入干燥机进行预干燥，表面经干燥后形成了张力，不再互相粘连，有利于压片的顺利进行。
5） 压片：压片工艺也是玉米片生产中的关键，对压片机的要求很高，轧辊表面有很高的光洁度，轧辊恒温。
6） 高温焙烤：玉米片产品是否具有硬脆、密实的组织结构，**的玉米风味，焙烤工艺至关重要。
7） 经焙烤后的玉米片冷却后即为玉米片产品，在现在，也有很多的玉米片进行后工序的处理，涂糖、盐炒或涂巧克力，大多是根椐市场需求来定
