工作原理
	粉碎式格栅除污机是由格栅、粉碎主机（破碎机）、格栅附件、自耦装置及控制系统组成。当夹裹大中型固体的污水经过粉碎机时，固体物质被固定式格栅或旋转式格栅鼓截留（格栅转鼓由单独驱动装置驱动或由粉碎驱动部件中的传动齿轮带动下旋转），经冲洗或旋转导向下进入粉碎机，被两个呈相向旋转的铣刀切割成细小的颗粒，随着固定栅条缝隙或转鼓过滤的污水一起流入下道工序，*进行栅法的清运。

1.该设备应用先进技术将污水、污物中的*型固体颗粒粉碎成6~12mm的小颗粒，并和污水一起进入后续处理工序，*进行格栅法津的清运，为地埋式泵站的全封闭设计创造了条件，节约了土建造价，美化了环境。
