多功能防护面罩高速冲击测试仪/高速冲击试验机/防粒子冲击试验机

测试目的：以(1/4”（6mm）)钢球来测试眼镜(尤其是保护镜)的镜片强度，焊接点、镜框
与镜片密合等耐冲击测试。
使用说明：
1.首先请注意机台之电压为几伏特(V)，然后找相同电压之插座将机台之插头插上。
2.将压力送上。
3.将氮气之高压调整阀装于氮气筒上, 再将机台后方之氮气高压管接于氮气筒。
4.打开银幕之电源,空气压力调至5kg,待屏幕归零后即可。
A. 选择高速或低速测试:
如欲选择高速:
1.先确认好*3 项歩骤之动作。
2.将高低速选择开关转向氮气高速测试。
3.打开氮气。
4.然后高速测试的压力则从氮气筒上的高压调整阀调整,压力大小则看面板的高
速调整压力表。
5.若停止测试将氮气关掉后，再按发射钮将氮气排出。
B.如欲选择低速:
1.将氮气关掉。
2.按发射钮，将机台内剩余的氮气排出。
(此1、2 项为高速切换低速时之前置歩骤;若直接测试低速则歩骤从*3 项开始)
3.然后将高低速选择开关转向空气低速测试。而压力调整则从操作面板右侧前方
有一只低速调整阀调整,压力大小则看操作面板之低速调整压力表。
4. 若停止测试将空气关掉后，再按发射钮将空气排出。
5.将雷射开关开啓,然后把射击箱内之人头移至非射击点之位置,在测速时不让钢珠打到,
或者可将人头座取出,再调整其所需之速度。
6.在调整速度或测试时,将钢珠上膛后,此时镭射光是不亮的(代表钢珠已上膛)再作发射
的动作。
7. 将弹珠装入弹孔内， 然后将上膛把手往后拉到底， 再放掉把手即可发射。
(※注意：若上膛把手未拉到底，则不能发射。)
(※因为安全上之顾虑，所以射击箱门内装有一个安全开关，因此门一开就不能发射弹
珠。)
完成以上动作后，即可将要测试之眼镜，戴上将要测试之人头上，然后调整其将要测试
之位置即可。(※注意：枪管上的电线(光纤)内心是玻璃材料，不可拉扯或扭曲，否则容
易断裂，就测不出时速。)

To choose low speed:
Turn off the nitrogen.
Press the launch button to drain the remaining nitrogen from the machine.
(this 1, 2 items are preceded by a step before the high speed switch; if the direct test is low, the step starts from the third.)
Then switch the high speed switch to the air speed test. The pressure adjustment is in front of the operating panel
There is a low speed adjustment valve, the pressure size is adjusted to adjust the pressure gauge at low speed.
If you stop the test and turn off the air, press the launch button to expel the air.
Turn on the laser switch and move the head of the box to the point where it is not shot.
Or you can take your head out and adjust the speed you need.
When adjusting the speed or test, the steel ball is loaded and the laser light is not bright (which means the steel ball is loaded) and then fired again

Put the marbles in the bullet holes, then pull the top handle back to the bottom and put the handle off.
(note: if the top handle is not pulled, it can't be fired.)
