酒精废水处理设备是通过溶气和释放系统在水中产生大量的微细气泡，使其粘附于废

     气浮系统集进水、絮凝、分离、集水、出水于一体，与传统气浮设备类似，设有一个稳流室、溶气释放室，使处理性能更稳定，效果更优越。 稳定室：通过折板反应的原水，流速很高，若直接与溶气水接触，会消散微小气泡，影响气泡沾附絮块效果，从而降低气浮处理效率，若增加了稳流室，使湍流的原水动能消耗，匀速进入溶气水释放室，从而有力保证了去除效果。
     溶气释放室：溶气释放室与分离室于一个槽体。中间隔开，溶气水与絮凝完毕的原水在此粘附，缓慢上升，进入气浮分离室，保证了絮凝块与微小气泡的接触空间与时间，使溶气水的释放率达80-100％
2、溶气系统

     刮渣机的运行方式及速度直接影响到气浮出水的水质和污泥含固率。该系统采用回转式刮渣机，可将浮渣连续均匀地刮入浮渣槽，减少了浮渣相互碰撞的现象；另外，高度可调的刮板能更好的适应各种运行条件，降低污泥含水率。
