Principle of FRP mist eliminator
When the gas is flowing through the demister at a certain speed, the droplets are separated from the surface of the wave plate when the droplets are bumped with the wave plate and the droplets are larger than those of the gas, due to the inertia impact of the gas.
The multiple folding structure of the FRP mist eliminator increases the opportunity to collect the droplets, and the non removed mist is arrested at the next corner through the same function, so that the efficiency of the mist removal is greatly improved.
After passing through the corrugated board mist eliminator, the gas is basically foggy. The flue gas is separated from the liquid droplets in the air flow under the action of the inertia force and gravity through the bending channel of the demister. The flue gas after the desulphurization is flowing through the demister at a certain speed. The smoke is quickly and continuously changes the direction of movement. The fog droplets in the flue gas impact the foggy mist eliminator blade because of the effect of centrifugal force and inertia. The fog drops gather to form water and fall into the slurry pool because of gravity. The gas and liquid separation is realized, which makes the fume through the mist eliminator discharge after the mist removal.
