并不是所有的除雾器都是能达到预想的结果的,有的时候如果清晰不当的话也是会出问题的,比如所容易造成叶片的结垢的,造成FGD系统的整体瘫痪的。
一般如果除雾器除雾效果差的话会进入GGH的净烟气中有包含石膏颗粒或者是尘粒液滴的,这样会导致GGH的结垢堵塞的。
究其原因有几个方面的原因:
1.原烟气流经电除尘器后进入FGD系统烟气中的剩余粉尘。
2.经除雾器后净烟气携带的含有石膏颗粒及尘粒液滴在GGH受热面表面蒸发结晶的产物。原烟气中携带粉尘较易清除,且目前火力发电机组所配备的除尘器一般均能满足FGD系统运行需求。
综上所述,除雾器运营不当或者是除雾效果变差等都会造成湿法脱硫中GGH堵塞的,这是主要的原因。
The working principle of FRP mist eliminator:
The blade shape of sinusoidal surface is used for defrosting of vertical airflow.
When smoke and droplets flow in the blades, they will collide with the wall of the blades constantly, and the kinetic energy will disappear.
The droplets that lose speed are separated from the flue gas and remain on the surface of the blade, and then fall into the slurry tank.
The FRP mist eliminator must work below critical gas velocity. Otherwise, the fog drops are carried and failed.
(1) fog removal efficiency: under normal operating conditions, the droplet concentration in the flue gas of the FRP mist eliminator is less than 75mg/Nm3.
(2) pressure drop: without considering the interference before and after the mist eliminator, the pressure drop of the whole FRP mist eliminator system is less than 120Pa under the 99.99% flue gas load.
(3) high temperature resistance: 80--95 C.
(4) withstand voltage: ensure that the blade can work normally when the flushing water pressure is 0.3MPa.
(5) flushing nozzle: full cone nozzle, flushing water angle of 90 - 120 degrees, spraying solid cone, can ensure that all blades are covered. (the water consumption of a large gas load is designed, taking into account the requirements of the water balance of the system. If the gas load is reduced, the water consumption can be reduced by half by increasing the interval of the flushing interval).
